How We Started

2014

Started Company

Established in August 2014 by CA Pooja Shah as a proprietary firm.

2017

Partnership Firm

In October 2017 – Hardik joined as a partner and became partnership firm [ This strategic partnership strengthened the firm's capabilities and positioned it for expansion]

2018

New Office

In 2018 Office shifted in 1000 sq feet place at Shyamal cross road at time strength of the firm reaches to 10 employees.

2020

Expanding services

In 2020 Desai & Desai expanded its practice by adding International Taxation Advisory, broadening the firm's service offerings and catering to a wider range of client needs

2021

Leading Country

Provided services with our channel partners in more than 15 countries

2022

Company Strength

In 2022 our employee strength increased to 17 employees

Relocate premises in 710-711 (Address) having 2500 Sq. ft place

  • Running Practicing firm since 2014
  • Experience in the field of cross border advisory service which includes International tax advisory, transfer pricing structure, inbound & Outbound tax efficient structuring, corporate restructuring which includes advice on efficient structure
  • Advise corporate clients on cross border remittances, Due Diligence, acquisition methods and compliances
  • Delivered lectures on various study circle forum & Contributed articles
  • Aiming to establish remote operations overseas

Hardik Desai

  • Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
  • Practising since last 10 years
  • He has vast experience in the field of Indirect Tax. He advised client across the industry guiding them implementation of GST. He also handles litigation work under indirect tax.
  • His experience in setting up units within Special Economic Zones (SEZ), He possess a deep understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges associated with these specialized areas. His expertise encompasses all phases of establishing a unit, from initial planning and regulatory compliance to operational execution and optimization.
  • He is an expert consultant specializing in guiding companies through the intricate process of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). With a deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements, he helps businesses successfully transition to public ownership, maximizing their market potential and ensuring long-term success.
